Primevest Partners Fund

The Primevest Partners Fund was created to give access to unique investment strategies not typically available to individual and institutional investors. The Fund exploits opportunities in asset classes created by lack of institutional coverage or interest and/or strategies not previously considered appropriate for institutional mandates. Some select strategies include statistical arbitrage, 'time frame' arbitrage, term structure of futures curves (shifts and roll yield), and liquidity arbitrage. The fund has a wide-ranging mandate and will, from time to time, use equities, options, futures, and currencies to execute on investment opportunities.
